Celebrating RBS Director - Victoria Baronas

In our tenth year, the Reading Bear is celebrating RBS director, Victoria Baronas (MD/PhD'19, surgical resident) who has been with the Reading Bear since our early days. Victoria was instrumental in piloting the buddy reading program across Vancouver School Board elementary schools, assisting in our early Valentine's delivery of books and teddy bears. She served as Vancouver chapter chair in 2016-17 to then move to the position of RBS Director. In her final year of medical school, she did a FLEX project with the RBS focusing on healthy affordable nutrition for young families. Victoria is a valued member of the board and always makes time to assist the RBS. Thank you for your incredible service Victoria!
